Production process
Tool department takes care of design, production, repair and maintainence of tools and specialistic production equipment:
✔ Injection moulds
✔ Blanking tools
✔ Dies, bending tools
✔ Tools for machining and welding tools
Design of tools and their modeling is based on following software: NX Unigraphics, Auto CAD, I-Deas.
Technical equipment:
✔ Milling machines CNC 1250mm x 650mm x 300mm
✔ Conventional milling machines with the surface of the table up to 1000mm x 1400mm
✔ Electro-erosion machines
✔ CNC lathes with maximal diameter of turning 250mm length 1000mm
Quality control of produced components
Coordinate measuring machine CMM
